Welcome to The Content Club! We’re so glad you’re here. Before diving in, please take a moment to read these terms. By signing up, you agree to the following conditions – written to protect both of us and keep things running smoothly.

 

🔒 1. Business Details

The Content Club is operated by The Social Dog Company, owned by Tatum Brown, based in Australia. All subscriptions and services are bound by Australian Consumer Law and based in Australian dollars.

 

📦 2. What’s Included

As a Content Club member, you’ll receive:

  • 4 new pieces of pet-industry content every week with examples
  • Delivered via email every week
  • Designed to copy, paste, or adapt for your brand
  • Access to a community group chat for support and connection

⚠️ Please note: There is no personalised support or feedback from The Social Dog Company provided in this subscription.

When your subscription ends, your access to all future content and the group chat is immediately revoked.

 

💳 3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscription is $47 AUD/month (approx. $11.75/week), paid monthly
  • Payments are processed automatically each month via the payment details you provide
  • Your subscription will auto-renew until cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us directly

❌ No refunds will be issued, under any circumstances – including for partial months, accidental purchases, or unused content.

Please cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

 

📧 4. Community Access & Emails

  • While subscribed, you’ll have access to a private instagram group chat
  • We reserve the right to remove anyone for inappropriate, rude, or spammy behaviour
  • You may receive occasional marketing emails related to offers or resources – you can unsubscribe anytime
  •  

📄 5. Intellectual Property

All content provided is the property of The Social Dog Company and is:

  • For your personal business use only
  • Not to be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared (even in part)
  • Not to be used by content creators or VAs on behalf of others without a valid subscription

Use of our logo, brand visuals, or trademarked material is not permitted without written permission.

 

🧾 6. No Guarantees

The Content Club is designed to save you time, reduce content overwhelm, and help you show up online consistently.

However, no results are guaranteed.
We cannot promise specific outcomes such as increased followers, sales, or engagement. What you do with the content and how you show up is up to you.

 

📍 7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
