The Social Dog Company
CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT 
 1. Program Term
The program duration depends on the specific option selected:
- Pet Powerhouse Marketing: A six-month program.
2. Fees
The program fee is displayed at checkout and must be paid in full or set up as a payment plan prior to commencing the program.
3. Refund, Pause, and Cancellation Policy
Enrollment is binding, and the program must be completed in full. No refunds, pauses, or cancellations will be granted, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- Financial difficulties.
- Personal scheduling conflicts or circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued if required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in cases of defective services. In exceptional circumstances, The Social Dog Company may, at its sole discretion, consider other requests, though approval is not guaranteed.
4. Services Provided
The Social Dog Company agrees to deliver the following services upon receipt of the program fee:
- Access to all group coaching calls for six months.
- Full access to program modules, community resources, tools, masterclasses and materials.
- Program delivery may involve employees, contractors, or agents as deemed appropriate.
The Pet Powerhouse program is self-led and group-based. Active participation and independent use of the resources provided are essential for success.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Participate fully and provide necessary cooperation.
- Acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, though every effort will be made to support the Client’s goals.
- Complete all modules, tasks, and activities within the program.

Group call schedules are set to align with Australian business hours (AEDT) and cannot be rescheduled individually. If you require a personalised time, this can be arranged through a separate 1:1 private coaching session at an additional cost.
If The Social Dog Company needs to reschedule or is unable to host a weekly call, every effort will be made to provide a makeup session.
Additionally, if a call falls on a public holiday, the date and time will be rescheduled in advance and communicated to all participants.

5. Intellectual Property (IP)
All program materials, including course content, resources, and group chats, are for the Client’s private use only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed in any form.
The Social Dog Company retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets associated with the program.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of program materials will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund and may lead to legal action. This clause remains in effect post-program completion.
7. Client Consent for Sharing Wins
By participating in the program, the Client consents to sharing their achievements ("wins") within group chats and private messages. The Social Dog Company may capture and share these wins via social media, email communications, social media direct message or its website.
